JK-Group can build a website that is linked to your company or foundation's Internet pages, which allows charities to submit grant proposals and view the status of all previously submitted requests. The system even allows your company to build in a series of yes/no questions used to "screen out" any organizations that are not eligible to receive funding, thus reducing the burdensome and time-consuming task of reviewing all grant requests. Both approved submissions and those that have been screened-out will receive automatic, company-scripted communications thanking the organization and providing them with appropriate instructions. Requests that are posted to the system are processed in real-time, thus enabling your staff to quickly view and respond to all grant activity.
