Team Volunteer Event Posting and Management
Through an easy and intuitive interface, eligible employees can submit team events to be posted to the site. Your administrators retain total control of projects, approving team events that meet your program guidelines. Once posted to the site, eligible employees can see and register for projects. Administrators can revise posting information any time.

Independent Volunteering
Through a simple and intuitive process, your employees can record their independent volunteer hours and track their independent volunteering efforts.

Recording & Tracking of Volunteer Hours
The Recording & Tracking of Volunteer Hours gives eligible employees the opportunity to keep track of the number of volunteer hours performed at a particular organization. Employees can record hours for events that are posted on your website, as well as for independent volunteering activities, thus enabling your company to obtain accurate reporting on all volunteer hours-related numbers. Administrators and Team Leaders can also record hours on behalf of employees. You decide when and if the hours are verified by JK-Group and the non-profit where volunteering occurred.

Grants and "Dollars for Doers" Programs
If your company also has a Volunteer Grant Program or a "Dollars for Doers" Program, then the system can notify an employee when they have reached eligibility to request a grant. Employees can track the status of their request on the site and see a complete history of their volunteer grant requests.
